This passion of mine has recently come back into focus, sparked by exceptional footage that has become available in the public domain and satisfies both U.S. and Swiss copyright regulations.
I believe the masters of early cinema deserve the chance to meet new generations. Their work can still kindle the flame of wonder and exploration, revealing the human condition within the context of the times and societies in which they lived.
Through careful re-editing, I adapt this historic footage to our modern sense of rhythm, attention, and storytelling. By adding a new and more contemporary soundtrack, I hope to keep today’s viewers engaged, inviting them to feel, laugh, think, and be inspired by the creations of the first true geniuses of the movies.
